Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
According to Steven R. Convey, the seven habits of highly effective people are as followed:
- Be Proactive. Use the responsible free will to act, as you desire with integrity.
- Begin with the end in mind. Have clearly defined values, cultivate a sense of purpose and mission, and visualize the results ahead of time.
- Put first things first. Be able to distinguish core values from lesser values and act with integrity towards the deeper ones (with discipline and sacrifice as necessary)
- Think win/win. Aim for mutual acceptance and empowerment; strive for connectedness; and build on integrity, maturity, and abundance mentally.
- Seek first to understand, then to be understood. Use caring love and acceptance and sense of connectedness when dealing with others.
- Synergize. Accept, and even appreciate difference; try creative cooperation and connectedness; work from common sense of mission and purpose; and have a positive expectation.
- Renew yourself. Experience a send of purpose and mission (commitment); continued growth, and meditative reflection and visualizations.
